Italy.
Or at least that is what is called Europe. The country with the most beaches in the world is also the one with the most coastal bathing sites

From the point of view of the sea, the beaches of Cyprus, France, Greece and Portugal are classified as among the cleanest in the area with the biggest tourist attraction. The report then adds
